About

Prowelding was founded in 2016 and became a subsidiary of ESWT Ltd. in 2019, with the intention of operating in the German market for pharmaceutical companies.

We offer the following welding processes:

  • WIG/TIG 141 – manual welding with filler metal
  • Orbital welding with filler metal
  • WIG/TIG 142 – Manual welding without filler metal
  • Orbital welding without filler material

All chromium-nickel (stainless) steels, grade 8.1 according to CEN ISO TR 15608

We use NDT methods to ensure the quality of welds:

  • VT – Direct and indirect visual inspection
  • PT – Penetration test
  • UZ – Ultrasonic testing
  • RT – Radiography

Our company is a holder of the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2 certificate.

We offer delivery times according to the customer’s requirements; of course, it is necessary to coordinate the resulting delivery times according to sub-deliveries from our suppliers. This depends on the specification of the work and the quantity of material to be supplied. We offer considerable time flexibility, always to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

Our payment terms are negotiated according to the scope and financial complexity of the work. As a rule, the payment terms are about 30 days from the delivery of the work. Of course, in the case of large works it is necessary to negotiate the institution of advance payments. We are also able to arrange discounts for prompt payment of tax documents.

We have experience in welding chromium-nickel, nickel and titanium steels according to CEN ISO TR 15608 groups 8.1, 8.2, 10, 43, 45, 47.

We ensure the cleanliness of welded parts by rinsing, passivating, ballotinating, grinding and polishing.

Our welding process validation procedures are revisions and calibrations.
